Zone 1 Flat& View of Shard-available from June!

Zone1 living! 4th floor in a new built with lift access. Excellent surroundings & easy accessibility via buses, underground & overground. One bedroom to let (that is actually a double room but due to wardrobes fitted in it’s more of a single room now). The bed expands to become double. I have a cat who is very friendly and happy with people! Please note: of the 3wardrobes in the room, one is in use for my storage and the book shelf has my books which will be in the room but we can discuss this if you need the extra space and I can remove them. Current flat mates find it fine especially for short-term lets as the two big wardrobes are big enough for most. The desk and chair are included in the room. I would prefer a female flatmate (just for ease of understanding girl issues ;-) )
Flat comes with oven, dishwasher, 75 inch TV with Netflix & Prime-limited time Disney & Apple TV, washing machine facilities, microwave, utensils, etc. and is a new built flat in the vibrant city of London in Elephant park.
As a breakdown, Council Tax is £164 pm, water, electricity & heating are usually £100pm, service charges £500pm, broadband £25 pm , cleaner £85 every 2weeks, Tv license £41 quarterly- these ARE included within the rent. Also included are toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, laundry detergents etc. saving you that extra money!!! Feel free to reach out for more information!
