As a breakdown, Council Tax is £164 pm, water, electricity & heating are usually £100pm, service charges £500pm, broadband £25 pm , Tv license £41 quarterly- these ARE included with the rent. Additional costs NOT included is the cleaner fee (Approx £50 every fortnight).
