Absolutely loved my time here but me and a flatmate will be moving out once the contract runs out in October (moving in with friend/gf).
Danny who currently lives here will be staying on for another year and will be able to help you settle in and answer any questions you might have.
The room itself is large and has a great view out across central London (Shard and St pauls). Transport is great here; Elephant and Castle tube station is a short walk away and busses from just across the road from the flat can take you to most places.
Bills obviously depend on usage but they have never really exceeded £100pp when you account for electricity, water, internet, council tax and gas (roughly £50 of which is council tax).
