Room is available at an amazing price for very central location of Zone 1 and area is full of amazing restaurants and has a mix of the new and the old which I love.
Easy walking distance to Waterloo and London Bridge with excellent public transport services on your doorstep and I would say super safe.
No couples or pets as this is my home and would suit someone who has their own home and needs a place for work purposes.
I can flex the days a little for adhoc weekends depends on your requirements.
Can be flexible with price a little if staying less days a week but not by much as this is a very central London living.

The flat is clean and tidy and located on a very quiet street with the available bedroom facing south onto adjacent gardens (I do not have access to the garden) so super quiet and peaceful.
