The rooftop area has gorgeous views of the shard and central london, and our apartment also has nice views and floor to ceiling windows.

THE AREA:

The building is in elephant park so super close to many eateries and shops. There’s a tesco across the road and a big sainsburys 5 minutes walk away. We also have a Morrisons nearby. E&C tube is 6 mins walk (Northern & Bakerloo lines) and we also have so many buses (to Waterloo, Clapham, Bank etc) right outside.

ABOUT US:

We’re a social kiwi couple who have lived in London for 2 years. We’ve loved our flat dynamic over the past few years and hope to replicate it with our new flatties!
We love to play tennis, social netball, go to the pubs down the road, or try out new dinner spots. We’re often travelling or doing day trips, but equally love a movie night in with homemade pizza & wine. We’re tidy and respectful and would love someone who wants to create a homely vibe with us rather than just a place to live.

£1750 per month.
Rent is £3500 for the whole place which we split in half per couple. Your room would be the larger of the two but our bathroom is larger hence the even split. You’ll be required to go through reference checks and sign onto the lease so please ensure you are employed or have a UK guarantor.
