Central double bedroom

I have lived in this house for almost 5 years. It’s the perfect room and I wouldn’t leave if I didn’t get married. It’s 10 minutes walk from Elephant and Casle station which has both the Bakerloo and northern line. 10 minutes walk to Kennington with the Northern line . 20 minutes away from Battersea power station. The area is very beautiful especially Sayer street that has many cafes and restaurants and the perfect tree house for you to relax, read your favourite book or hangout with friends. The nearest park is Burgess park which is 15 minutes walk and has table tennis and tennis courts.
There are several gyms around and you can go to the council gym ( free on specific dates) that is 10 minutes walk away
The house is located in Larcom street which is very quiet and residential, the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes walk. You can take the Bakerloo and you’re in Oxford street in 20 minutes. Big Ben, London Eye are 40 minutes walk if you like walking.
The house
We are currently three friends ( we are all professionals) and enjoy each other’s company and share food together. We keep the house clean and share chores. We also respect each other’s privacy and boundaries.
The house has one kitchen and one bathroom and a storage room for storing bikes, boxes and old furniture.
The rent doesn’t include the bills, they are paid separately. The rent will increase in April 2025.
We are looking preferably for a single person as the house is not fit for many people, someone who is professional, friendly and clean.
We also inform each other if we are expecting guests just to let others know.
The room is very cozy and clean, the TV and the cabinets under it are not included. The desk is included if you are interested to buy it( it’s £60) and is in great condition.
