Spacious Double Room with Ensuite in Modern Flat

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my room at Elephant and Castle.

* About the room: it’s a spacious double bedroom which is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, closet. You also have your own standing shower.

* The flat is on the 2nd floor overlooking Elephant and Castle.

* We’ve got a spacious living room with couch and balcony. There’s also a communal roof terrace ideal, club room in the flat in case you want to invite friends or host.

* 24h concierge service in the building, they’re all super friendly and happy to help with any queries you might have regarding delivery parcels etc.

* Elephant and Castle Station is roughly 3min walk away - giving you access to Overground, Northern and Bakerloo lines.
Tons of bus stops right at the front door taking you to quite literally, wherever you need to go.

*Grocery, coffee directly downstairs, as well as many other options to choose from all within a 6-8 min distance

* There are currently 2 flatmates. Including you, it will be 3 people in the flat! Both girls are professionals, working full time. One primarily works at home, the other at the office 5x a week. The girls are respectful of each other spaces and keep to themselves.

We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy. This is not a party flat but sometimes have friends over for dinner and drinks occasionally and welcome you to do the same.
