Lovely room in E&C

Hello!

After a great year and a half in the house, I’m moving out to live with my girlfriend and looking for someone to take my room.

We are looking ideally for a student or a young professional who is looking for a place to call home. We like to spend time together but we also respect each other’s space. The bedroom is a large double with lots of storage and a large window overlooking the street, which is very quiet as it’s not a main road. It comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and a shelving unit. The big desk is mine, but don’t mind leaving it for the new tenant. The house has a kitchen / living rooms and two bathrooms. It’s in a cracking location very close to bus stops and the new Elephant Park, and a short walk to London Bridge. Lidl is also 2 minutes walk for easy grocery shopping.

The new tenancy will be 6 months, and will renew beyond that. The room is £700pcm including bills.
