please message for videos of the property !! I am looking for someone to take over my 12 month tenancy (due to mental health struggles). The room is in elephant and castle, with easy transport links across London (bus, tube, train), and in walking distance of waterloo rail station and many shops. You will be living with 3 lovely girls aged 19-20, and they would prefer to live with another queer(friendly) woc. There is a small double bed in the room, and it will be furnished with a wardrobe, desk, and chest of drawers. It is a small bedroom on the ground floor of a two storey maisonette, however there is also access to another
room for extra storage if needed (shown in pictures). rent will be £795, with bills roughly £38 a month. students or professionals welcome, and i am hoping to have someone move in by october 7th for the next rent payment! please message if you have any questions :)
