Beautiful Maisonette in Elephant & Castle

Hello there,

I'm leaving to travel for 2 months from end of October to end of December and looking to sublet to someone.

The flat is approximately 60 sqm and separated over two floors (kitchen and living room downstairs, master bedroom and small bedroom/office plus bathroom upstairs). I'll be subletting the smaller double bedroom. There‘s a big loft, so tons of storage.

The flat is located right next to Nursery Row Park, with views onto the park and the Shard!
E&C tube/station is a 10 mins walk, Kennington station is a 15 mins walk away. There are tons of busses to central London and you can walk to Burgess Park or Bermondsey Street in less than 15 mins each.
Tesco Express at 3 mins walk, big Sainsbury‘s at 8 mins, Lidl at 10 mins.

There's a local lovely cat called Emir!

The flat is furnished with my flatmates and her stuff so don't need to worry about bringing a bed or anything.

You‘ll be renting directly from myself, the tenant with the landlords permission, no agency involved.

In case you have questions, please ask. My flatmate has said she prefers women, 24-35 and professionals/students are fine.
