About Us:
We’re both in our early 30s, balancing work and fun. One of us works in the arts, is a sucker for theatre and comedy (sober); the other is a project manager who enjoys social weekend runs and is talented at crafting (not sober). We’re both Christians (the queer friendly kind) and want to create an open, welcoming space where everyone can feel at home.

What we’re looking for:
Someone who’s easygoing, kind, and responsible with a good sense of humour. You work full-time (ideally not WFH everyday) and can reliably pay rent and bills, are generally clean and pitch in. You want to be part of a friendly, inclusive household (LGBTQ+ friendly) and are comfortable with partners staying over every now and again. Not a wild party animal but nor a recluse.

This is to sign a 1 year contract. The agency will require usual ID/employment checks. Deposit (£855.77 will be paid to current tenant, as you will take over the deposit she made.

Psst.
One of us is an ENFP, the other an I/ENFJ – which means we love our chats, a good night out every now and then, but equally value downtime and respect for each other’s space. The internet seems to think we’d be best suited to ISFP, INFP or ENFP as a new roommate, but since when did the internet know anything?
