Set within an internal street on Walworth Road, the property is a simple but functional apartment, with loads of different supermarkets, delis, cafes and shops around the corner.

The flat includes two bedrooms, a kitchen (with large walk-in pantry), a bathroom, a living room, a wide hallway and access to an internal garden. The ceilings are slightly taller than average making it feel very airy.

The room has a double bed (with a very comfortable Emma mattress), a bed side table, 5 shelves on the corner, a mirror, a chest of drawer and a closet.

PLEASE NOTE: The pictures are from when I moved in at the start of the year as I'm mid-packing for an overseas move. The desk/chair is no longer there.

The windows are very insulated and the walls are thick so you rarely hear any other tenants and it's very warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer.

There is room to dry clothes at the side of the spacious living room.

Teri, the flatmate who you will be sharing the flat with is very easygoing, tidy and super polite. We are both very busy people so we don't often run into each other but do catch up when we can.

The area has great transport links with local buses literally at the door step and a short walk to Elephant and Castle or Kennington tube.

The monthly rent is inclusive of bills (council tax band C) and paid to Teri (who then pays the landlord/all bills) prior to the 15th of each month. There is a £500 deposit to cover your part, payable to Teri also. Both tenants names are on the contract and our landlords will require references and checks to be done prior to moving in. There is a £50 fee to change the contracts which I'm happy to pay.

I'm only leaving as I had an unexpected job move which is taking me out of London.
