Small double room in Elephant & Castle / Walworth for 723.75 + bills

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely queer flat share in E&C from the first of November. We’re ideally looking for someone around 21-28, and who’s not a student. It’s a really nice flat with a great kitchen (with a dishwasher, and we’ve got an airfryer & espresso machine to share too!). We have a small balcony that we use for a couple of bikes, but has space to sit down and relax too.

Important to note that the room comes furnished with a bed and a mattress, the rest of the furniture is the current tenants, including the curtains, which will be replaced with the ones that came with the property.
🏠 Accessibility
Flat is on the second floor, with a small lift which unfortunately doesn’t fit a wheelchair. The entire flat is on one floor.

Unfortunately the landlord doesn’t accept benefits :(

🌺 Available from 1st November. You would take over our previous flatmate’s contract that is until 1st August 2025

Elyn (21, she/her) - works as a Barista, wanting to be a tattoo artist. Loves to try new food and having a dilly dally around charity shops.

Suki (23, she/her) - works in retail, is an illustrator. Loves £5 Picturehouse tickets and art galleries and hakata ramen.

Erin (26, she/her) - works in media. Loves to write, drink and dance. Loves a museum and watching a film together
