About Me
I’m a freelance designer and live-in landlord looking for a female lodger to share my 2-bed flat in Elephant & Castle. This is my permanent home, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful, communicative, and values a quiet, well-kept living environment.

Important Info ⚠️
To keep things comfortable and respectful, the ensuite room is for single occupancy and isn’t set up for frequent guest visits, so overnight stays should be occasional and agreed in advance.

Your Room:
🏠 An ensuite room with walk-in closet, furnished with a double bed, work desk, chest of drawers and swivel chair. Blackout blinds installed and windows are triple glazed to ensure good insulation. Your bathroom is located right next to the closet, giving you 100% privacy.

The Flat:
🍳 Kitchen appliances and furniture includes a Siemens dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and oven. I also own a Ninja airfryer which I'm happy to share.

👔 Washing machine is located in the utilities cupboard next to the front door.

💧A Harvey Water softener has been installed due to the hard water nature in London. Soft water is better for your skin and hair and prevents limescale build-up over time. The maintenance costs (salt and filters) are included in the rent.

💰 Rent: £1,600 per month (All bills included, but energy rates (heating/electricity) will be reviewed every 3 months to check for energy price surges)
*This flat is Council Tax Band E in Southwark Council.
