Although the room is not en-suite, there’s a separate bathroom in the flat which you can have for your own use (it also has a bathtub). The flat is located on the 17th floor, and has a spacious balcony with London Eye view. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, complemented by a chest of drawers and bedside tables. Wi-Fi is included and set up for when you move in, getting you connected right away. The building has communal areas and concierge/security as well. Overground is few seconds away from the building, and the underground is 4 mins walk.

P. S You will need to send your references, right to rent, proof of income, and Employment verification to the residence directly to pass your reference check. To pass the landlord's reference check, your annual income should be at least £43,500.

I’m a 26-year-old professional female working in JP Morgan, originally from Kazakhstan. I’m friendly, easy-going, tidy, and respectful, and I value a peaceful home environment. I usually go to sleep around 10 pm, so I’d love to live with someone who is considerate with noise in the evenings and equally respectful of shared spaces. I respect other people’s space and privacy but would also be happy to become friends with my flatmate — I enjoy spending time together when it works for both of us, but equally value having quiet time to ourselves.
