Although the room is not en-suite, there’s a separate bathroom in the flat which you can have for your own use (it also has a bathtub). The flat is located on the 17th floor, and has a spacious balcony with a nice view. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, complemented by a chest of drawers and bedside tables. Wi-Fi is included and set up for when you move in, getting you connected right away. The building has communal areas and 24 hours concierge as well. Overground is few seconds away from the building, and the underground is 5 mins walk.

P. S You will need to send your references, right to rent, proof of income, and Employment verification to the residence directly to pass your reference check. To pass the landlord's reference check, your annual income should be at least £43,500 per year.
