The flat is located on the last floor of the building which is equipped with a lift. The building itself is very conveniently located just:
A 5 minute walk from the Elephant & Castle underground station,
A 3 minute walk from a big Sainsbury’s,
A 3 minute walk from bus stops,
A 3 minute walk from Wetherspoons,
A 7 minute walk from a food and crafts market that opens every weekend.
Flat Amenities
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower which has a nice water pressure.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine, two small fridges and a freezer.
There is a monthly professional cleaning of the common areas included in the price of the flat.
Wi-fi is included in the rent.
The Room
It is a double room located on the second floor of that flat together with the kitchen - the other two rooms and the bathroom are downstairs which guarantees additional privacy.
It has a very big private balcony with a nice view.
It is equipped with a double bed with a new mattress, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a chair.
There is a lock on the door to the room should you wish to use it.
Current Flatmates
The current flatmates are both young professionals who recently graduated from university. They are very nice and welcoming.
Utilities
Most of the utilities like water or council tax are included in the price of rent. You would only have to pay the gas and electricity usage on a monthly basis based of the actual usage split between the three tenants. The September bill was £35 per person and October £49.
