I am going on tour with work from October 20th 2024 to 7th February 2026 (15 months) and I’m looking to sublet my room for that period.

It’s a decent size double bedroom with 2 lovely cats, lots of storage, Jack and Jill bathroom and direct access to a shared rooftop terrace.

Within 15 minutes walking distance of Elephant and Castle & Borough stations and plenty of nearby bus stops. You can be in Covent Garden within 15-20mins by bus.

Bedroom: The room is quiet and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, large built-in wardrobe and large storage area overhead. It also has direct access to our shared rooftop terrace which is lovely for summer.

Bathroom: Jack and Jill bathroom between bedrooms with a sink each, under sink cupboards, power shower, large freestanding bathtub and large mirrors.

Kitchen: Open plan kitchen with all amenities including American fridge, with built in ice dispenser, and washing machine.

Living Room: Includes sofa, arm chair, large dining table, book shelf, extra storage and downstairs toilet.

The Building: The flat is a converted Victorian School with airy, high ceilings, lots of natural light/large windows, original wood flooring and shared rooftop terrace. The flat is on the 3rd floor so unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible as there is no lift.

Housemate: You would be sharing with Jess, a 42 year old location manager for film and television and her 2 cats, Syd and Sox so unfortunately no other pets. All great to get along with and if it wasn’t for my job I would be staying.

We would prefer someone over the age of 35, clean, professional, respectful and friendly.
Preferably no couples.
