Beautiful Room in Camberwell (All- Inclusive)

Hi there,

We have a lovely bright double room available in our very clean, friendly, comfortable house. The house is very well located, just off New Kent Road in a nice leafy street and just a 7-minute walk to Elephant & Castle or Borough tube station - both in Zone 1. The house is also close to Bermondsey Street, where there are many lively cafes and restaurants.

It is a three-storey, 6-bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, microwave and spacious dining area. We also have a separate lounge with a flat screen TV, two bathrooms and a lovely garden to enjoy a some sunshine.

The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, chair, pictures, mirror, shelves, etc. We DO NOT provide the bedding (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet). It is a very charming, private bedroom overlooking the garden.

The house is just 60 seconds away from a bus stop which has about 10 different buses going through it (including 3-night buses – very handy after a night out in the West End.) In fact, the buses are so convenient and fast, you would hardly ever need to use the tube (but if you did, Elephant and Castle is only 2 bus stops away). If you prefer to walk, both Borough and Elephant Castle tube stations are within 10 minutes on foot. London Bridge is about 15 minutes.

Our house is very international, and a great place to meet new people and make new friends – ideal if you are new to London.

The price includes all bills, internet, council tax and regular cleaning.

We don’t expect a major financial commitment. We only ask for one week’s rent to reserve the room. On the day you move in, we would expect 3 weeks’ rent to make up the 4-week deposit, plus the first month’s rent in advance.

So, in summary:

You need to send us £210 to reserve the room.
One day before you move in you must pay a further £630 (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £910, which is the first month’s rent in advance.

You must give us one month’s notice before you leave. Your deposit will be held in a government-backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to their website: depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
