Double room in a friendly flat in Central London

Hi!
A room is becoming available in our friendly flat in Central London.

Move in is from 1st of December but potentially flexible.

The flat has a nice, large living room with a big table for games night or hosting dinners with friends and a large sofa. The residence is located in a nice neighbourhood off of a quiet street with a park between, so it’s super quiet. The flat has plenty of natural light and secondary glazing has just been installed on the windows, which is great for noise and warmth.

The room is a small double, with a good sized double bed, wardrobe and a bed side table. There are 2 bedrooms in the flat, so you’ll share the space with just 1 other person.

The current flatmate that you will be sharing with is a super friendly and welcoming guy who’s interested in board games, cooking and travelling.

I am moving out and leaving London to go travelling. The room will be a sub-let until the current tenancy agreement ends on January 1st. After that, you are welcome to either move out of continue staying upon agreeing tenancy with the landlord.

Shopping:
Lidl, Tesco & Sainsbury's within 5min walking distance.

Travel:
Bakerloo & Northern lines from elephant & castle a really nice 8 min walk from the station. A billion bus options and London bridge is walking distance too (15min walk).

A decent sized kitchen with all the amenities.
Shower works well with good water pressure.

The flat is managed by a nice agency called Daniel Cobb they are really friendly, helpful and actually get stuff done very quickly when needed.
