My current flatmate is moving out due to personal circumstances, so I’m looking for a lovely new person to move in. Move-in will be 7th December.

- North-facing balcony with a view of the Shard 🌇
- Located right on East Street Market – open 6 days a week with endless fresh fruit & veg on your doorstep
- Surrounded by gyms, pilates/yoga studios, and Kennington/Burgess Parks
Transport:
- 10–12 min walk to Kennington or Elephant & Castle stations
- Buses to Waterloo/Blackfriars in 10–15 min
- Or jump on a Lime bike (my personal fave 🚲)
About Me (your future flatmate):
I’m 34, working in the corporate world. Down to earth with a wee boujee side, bubbly, sociable, and active (badminton, gym, always trying new things). I love food, wine, dinner parties, travel, and am equally happy with a night of reality TV, chick flicks, or documentaries.
I like to keep the flat neat and tidy, especially for hosting. It’d be great to continue the tradition of sharing cooking and groceries – nothing better than being cooked for (and returning the favour!).

- Bills: around £182 each (approx. £362 - total, varies by season)
- Deposit: £923.07
