Hi there, I am looking for a new flatmate to share our lovely flat. I have been living in this flat over two year and loving it (I am not a landlord), and I'd love to tell you a bit about our flat.

The flat is ideally located just less than 10mins walk from the Elephant and Castle tube station (also Kennington tube stations 24 hours service on weekend) and good bus services to many places, and good train connection to major airports making commuting a breeze. It's in peaceful neighbourhood with plenty of great amenities nearby including Gym, cafes, shops, restaurants, Elephant Park and green spaces.

My current flat mate is moving in with his friend. It's a Two double bedroom flat with large balcony, large open plan kitchen and living room (very bright), one clean modern bathroom(new) , 24 hours Concierge, New development Building, Safe building, No couples and no party people.

Fully Furnished with Washing machine, dryer, all cooking & eatery essentials and high speed broadband.

All bills will be split between the two of us equally averaging around £125-150 each per month.

I’m a friendly and sociable person who values cleanliness and tidiness. I enjoy walking, hiking, traveling, cooking and watching movies. I appreciate a balance of social interaction and personal space. I would be happy to hang out with my flat mate, watch movies, and chat over dinner, while also respecting your privacy and personal space.
