We are currently looking for someone to join us in our 3 bed flat. The immediately available room is the biggest in the flat and also has the biggest bathroom (with a bathtub). The room is £1550 + approximately 150 bills pm. It is a beautiful flat, modern, large living room, bright, airy and we also keep is clean to make sure everyone feels comfortable. You would be taking over the contract till first week of October (this can be negotiated).

Also a 20 min walk to London Bridge.

Current flatmates:
Two 30 year old girls, quiet, chill and respectful. Living a busy London life so enjoying nice quiet evenings after work. We travel a lot so the flat is usually quiet but we like to chill and watch a movie together when we are home for the weekend.

What we are looking for:
Similar age, female or male, clean and respectful. No parties but we do enjoy a little get together from time to time.
