Friendly flatmate, and I am moving out for the summer, so my room is free.

The room available is the second one in the video. The room has a double bed and a full wall built in wardrobe. There is a marble bathroom, kitchen with all appliances and a balcony.

Also storage space in the basement for a bike and an elevator to the flat.

I will only be taking viewings on 26th & 27th April and 3/4th May, but the flat is available from 27th April 2025 until 25th July 2025. Please do not ask for a viewing before this as it will not be possible.
