I’m looking to sublet my room for approximately two months (with flexible dates) and am ideally hoping to rent it out to a student. It is a 3B3B, but only one flatmate (male, 22) will be around during that period.

The location is incredibly convenient—just a 1-minute walk to Elephant & Castle Railway Station, 4 minutes to the Northern and Bakerloo Tube lines, and 2 minutes to a large Sainsbury’s on New Kent Road. The building is surrounded by fantastic amenities: there are two Asian restaurants right downstairs, an Asian supermarket upstairs, and Elephant Park is just next door, offering a vibrant atmosphere with a wide range of cafes and fusion restaurants (including Gail’s, Mexican, Japanese, and more).

You’ll also find two gyms just down the street, and excellent transport connections via multiple bus stops and lines that take you straight into Central London or further out—making this a perfect base for getting around the city.
