hi!! looking for someone to take the double room in a super bright and spacious fully furnished two bed two bath flat in walworth, near elephant and castle (south london). the flat is located on the second floor of an executive style block – super safe with plenty of security. the other room (occupied by me) is an en-suite, so you would have your own bathroom. shared areas are a massive kitchen and accompanying, super stylish and modern lounge area.

- will have own bathroom (just across the hall) all to yourself because i have an en-suite

my name is paisley, i’m 22 and i currently work full-time as a barista at blank street in central london. i’m also a student, so in september i’ll be working part-time as i return to uni, where i’m studying towards a law degree. i love reading, fashion, matcha and live music. when i’m not busy working or studying i’m usually either getting matcha or at a gig with my mates, but i’m also SO partial to a quiet night in and my downtime.
i lived with a friend for a year and then with a few of my mates for another year. i’m pretty social and in my last few places we all did things together and got very close, so ideally i’m looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as share a space, but i totally get if you prefer your own space too. i’m super clean, quiet, lgbtq+ friendly and a decent cook (former housemates can vouch for me if needs be!). you’re also guaranteed free blank street on me if you ever pop into my store !!
