Description
🌼Massive Room in Zone 1 - £850 bills ex🌼
Hey Girls! I'm moving in with my bf in July, which means that we have a room available in a great Zone 1 flat.
⭐Key Stats⭐
Move-in Date: you'd be taking over my original tenancy, with first payment/ earliest move-in on July 4th. The tenancy will then renew in August (so you may have to sign your name again) but the landlord has already confirmed that the price will not go up.
Price: £850 excluding bills, which usually come to about £100-£120 a month. Because the landlord isn't raising the rent when the contract renews in August, this price is locked in until July/August 2026!!
🌍Location🌍
8 mins walk from elephant and castle tube station
2 mins from bus stops to basically everywhere central
20 mins walk to Waterloo
25 mins walk to big Ben/ Whitehall
2 mins from small Tesco
5 mins from big Sainsbury's
10-20 mins from other big shops like Aldi and Asda.
🛌The Room🛌
The room is massive - it's the biggest one on the floorplan. It has a big closet, with a rail for clothes and space for lots of other stuff. There's a full sofa, a double bed, and a desk which has enough room for a large monitor (and WiFi is great, so good for WFH). There's also two chests of drawers, built in storage, and a bookcase. The big window has a good view and you can get sunlight all year round.
🏠The Flat🏠
You'd be sharing with three other girls, all likely to continue their tenancies when the contract renews in August. I can honestly say they've all been great to live with - we all appreciate our own space but will also get together to do things (like Christmas dinner!)
The flat doesn't have a sitting room, but there's a table in the hallway that seats four (which is where the Christmas dinner pic comes from). I've honestly never found this a problem because of the sofa in my room.
The flat is on the third floor (so there are a lot of stairs!), and you can see the shard from the entrance.
🐇Interested?🐇
