Former flatmate here, moving out of a beautiful top-floor apartment in the heart of Elephant and Castle.

The room is an en-suite double room with plenty of space for desks and additional decorations, and built in wardrobe. The room includes it's own private balcony with views over London, facing west towards Waterloo for a great sunset view. The bed frame, mattress, one desk and 3 sets of matching drawers are all included.
The ensuite includes a shower, toilet and mirror with storage.

The apartment has an open plan kitchen and lounge, with a communal balcony. Kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances.

You would be sharing with my friend, Femi, who is a male professional working in finance, a mix of working in office and at home. He's very friendly and relaxed, with a passion for football and travelling.

This is a perfect apartment for someone who wants to live in the centre of London, with amazing transport links (Train station is across the road and Tube a short 2 minutes away) connecting you to everything London has to offer.

The apartment is on the 25th floor, includes a concierge to handle all of your concerns and dedicated maintenance team to address any issues.
The building also includes a basement carpark should you wish to purchase a parking spot. There's a communal terrace on the 3rd floor rooftop, perfect to hang out in the sun or walk the dog, and a co-working space.

You'll be right above a Gymbox gym and big Sainsburys for day to day shopping, and a ton of great restaurants and bars at your footsteps in Elephant Park.
