Hi, I am renting out a premium studio at Dashwood Studios (120-138 Walworth Road, London SE17 1JL), including en-suite facilities, a private study space and a kitchen area. The rental period is 20 June to 26 July 2025, a full 5 weeks, and the rent is £300 per week, which includes all bills and WiFi. The deposit is £250.

There are 2 bus stops downstairs (25 minutes to Oxford Street) and 2 tube lines nearby (Northern and Bakerloo, 5 minutes' walk). Sainsbury's is a 5 minute walk away and there are two Chinese supermarkets downstairs.
