All bills are included (Wi-fi, Water, Electricity and Council Tax which I pay myself). It’s close to all local amenities and has excellent transport links.

Zone-2 underground train stations are close by (2-minutes). We have both Bakerloo and Northern lines in addition to National Rail & Thameslink Elephant and Castle overground station within 1-minute walking distance.

The flat is ideal for mature professionals, visiting scholars, summer interns, mature students or anyone who appreciates hygiene and cleanliness. It’s a very peaceful environment with a lot of local amenities and restaurants on the doorstep.

TV has Foreign, Sky Channels, YouTube (+Netflix) included.
