Room 2 is £950pm with new double size bed and protector, curtains, built in and freestanding wardrobes, desk, computer chair (to arrive), shelves, central heating, and adjustable remote controlled light.

The flat has separate toilet with basin, and bathroom with bath, sink and shower. The kitchen has plenty of worktop and storage with gas oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave and kettle. There is a separate dining space inside, a balcony at the entrance, and communal gardens to the front and rear with outside gym and ping-pong equipment. Parking is available at request (charges apply).
