The room has a king bed with interior storage space, a built in closet with hangers and a modern en-suite with a shower. It gets great natural light with large windows.
The flat also has a communal kitchen with washing machine and a living / dining space. My roommates are a couple in their early 20s (professional) who work in-office 3-4 days a week. The flat is within a 5 minute walk of Elephant and Castle tube / rail / bus services, as well as local restaurants and a large Sainsbury’s.
It’s very well-connected and only a 20 minute walk to London Bridge/Borough.
The current lease lasts until early December 2025, and ideally I am looking for someone to stay throughout that period (some flexibility).
The rent is £1300, with around £200 of utilities and council tax per month. If you are a couple looking to live together, the rent will be £1600.
