Hiya,
I’m moving out of my flat in E&C and looking for a tenant to take my place! We are looking for a female around 18-25 years of age looking to take my place.
The flat is 1-2 mins from elephant and castle station, has a 24-hour concierge and has a large resident’s lounge which you can book out for work, parties and other social gatherings. The flat comes furnished but does not come with a TV. A car parking space may be available on the day of your arrival.
The flat is quite central and has lot of transport links, including buses right outside the property and the northern and jubilee lines from elephant and castle going in and around the city.
You will be staying with my friend Zara, who is very sweet and respectful. She has a cat, that keeps to itself and is normally with Zara.
