We're looking for someone to replace one of our current housemates. They're moving out to live with their partner so they're dead to us now.
We all get along really well and have a nice routine going on We're often doing things on weekdays together like movie nights or going to the sauna and on weekends we tend to invite others out if we have any plans.
We're looking for someone sociable who is looking to move in a place with others for the experience rather than just as a means to save money, but respects people want downtime to themselves as well.
With bills and everything included it comes to a little bit shy of £1000. Each person gets a room to clean every week. We share most things. Big Tesco is a 2 minute walk and there's a park which is 5 away. Buses very connected to the house. Area seems a bit sketchy at first but it feels very safe once there.
