we’re a spacious 2-bed, 2-bath 5th floor flat w/ balcony in elephant & castle. rent is £1400 ppm + council tax band E at £96 ppm (we only get billed utilities every 3 months, but it works out to around £70 ppm). 10 minute walk from both E&C and Kennington tube stations. bus stops w/ multiple routes literally 2 minute walk from like the living room hahah. theres also staffed reception to receive parcels etc.. on weekdays. lease start + move in 1st september !!
