Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this bright and spacious double room, available from 1st September 2026. I'm flexible on the move-in date, so there's some room to accommodate your schedule.

Being east-facing, the room gets plenty of natural morning sunlight and offers fantastic views, making it a bright and comfortable space to work, relax, or unwind.

The room is part of a modern 3-bedroom flat and has a bathroom that's shared with just one other flatmate, so you'll never be sharing with the whole flat.

You'll be living with two friendly and respectful young professionals who work in finance in Central London. The flat has a relaxed atmosphere—we're sociable but also value our own space, keep the shared areas tidy, and are considerate of each other's schedules. It's an ideal home if you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable place rather than a party house.
