About housemates:
I have lived at this flat for 6 years (2 years with my dog) and I've loved it. I recently decided to move slightly out of central London to buy so I am sadly leaving - however the new tenant will 100% still see me over for dinner or catch-up's as Zena and I have become really close friends. The new tenant, you, will be joining my friend Zena who is super friendly, outgoing and lovely to live with. Zena joined the tenancy 2 years ago, she is a psychotherapist who works from home 3 days a week and is looking to find someone to move in and see this flat as their home and add to the cosy vibe. PS she loves cats, so if you've got one 100% get in touch!!
The Bedroom:
This will be unfurnished with the possibility to by the wardrobe from me if interested. Let me know. Pictures show the room with my Kingsize bed so if you had a double you'd have a bit more space. Also, as Zena has an en-suite the main bathroom pictured is basically yours, with the exception that we let friends use that bathroom when they're over for dinner etc, hopefully you'll be okay with that continuing to happen.
The flat:
Most of the common area (kitchen/living room) flat furniture will be leaving with me but Zena will be re-furnishing what I take as she has bits in storage however if you have any big items you want to bring with you let us know.
The costs:
Rent is £1785 split equally between 2.
Bills come to around £125 each a month (gas&elec, council tax band C, internet)
Deposit: £500
Contract: As it stands we're on a month rolling contract and you will be a change of sharer on that contract to replace me. If this changes and turns into a min term contract I will communicate this asap. We are in convo with property manager, who by the way are amazing. Always get things sorted very quickly if ever any issues.
Move in date: Flexible between the 15-19th Sept.
