Large Ensuite Bedroom Avail in Elephant & Castle

A large ensuite bedroom has become available in a 4 bedroom house situated between Elephant Park and the Walworth Road. The house has a large kitchen dining room with a washing machine and dishwasher, a living room with tv and xbox, two toilets and a garden. The room comes unfurnished but the person moving out is open to selling some furniture (3 door wardrobe, double bed frame, bedside tables).

Sadly our housemate of 2 years has moved out and we are looking for someone to take his room from the end of September.
You will be living with Conor (34), David (34) and Peter (26). We all met each other in a previous house share and have lived together for a few years now. We are a sociable bunch and spend time together in the evenings and go out for drinks regularly. We all split our time 50:50 between working from home and the office. This is not a party house.

We really fell on our feet with this particular house so we keep the place looking respectable and tidy. We have maintained a good relationship with the landlady and while our lease finishes in March 2026, we are currently negotiating another 1-2 years extension.

We’re looking for a likeminded person. Someone who is tidy, social, communicative and who has a similar work set up to ours.
Preference for an lgbt+ male aged late 20s- mid 30s.

Rent: £1200 paid end of every month.
Bills: £110
Deposit: £1557.69 (not £1000 like advertised)
Cleaner once a month: £11.25
We use Splitwise to share the cost of household items.

Elephant & Castle tube station is a 10 minute walk away and Kennington Tube station is a 15 minute walk.
The 12, 35, 40, 68, 148, 176, 468 buses all stop a couple of minutes from the house.
