We’re renewing our tenancy for another year and looking for someone great to join us in our beloved 3-bedroom flat in Elephant & Castle.

Your Room
-Bright double room with a window (yes, you get a view of the Shard )
-Double bed + shelves above for books/plants/bag collection
-Built-in wardrobe with hangers & drawers
-Extra standing shelf for storage

The Flat
-Open-plan kitchen & living room with dining table + solid sofa — perfect for cooking, co- working, or hosting dinners
-3 double bedrooms total
-Shared bathroom with a bathtub (plus bonus rooftop access through the bathroom — soon to be in all London guides as the place to be)

The Details
-Rent + bills: around £1000 + 150/month bills on top (council tax band C)
-Move-in from anytime now
-Contract: 12 months from 10 of October (however, we already live in the flat, so we would be happy for you to move anytime)

Who You’ll Be Living With
Me (Liza) — working in the creative industry, WILL cook for you (probably)
Agata — a Master’s student (an incredibly talented knit artist)

We’re into creative & cultural industries, love music, specific about coffee, and the plants are outgrowing our living room.

Location
we are 10 minutes away from both Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo line & Northern Line) and Kennington (Northern Line) . 10 minute bike ride away from Waterloo, 25 minute bike ride away from Shoreditch.

There is an incredible amount of small businesses, cafes, markets & grocery stores.
