One of our housemates is sadly leaving our house and we're looking for a replacement. We're Katherine, Jake, Will and James, four friendly and respectful professionals in our mid-20s. We're often out and about in the week but usually someone around in the evenings / weekend.

The house has 5 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms with toilets, living room with a kitchen attached as well as a separate room which acts as bike storage/work from home space if needed. There’s also a little back garden where we often have barbecues when the suns out☀️

Rent: approx £1200 with bills

Amenities: Sainsbury’s 10mins walk, Elephant and castle train/tube station 10mins walk, Burgess park 14mins walk.
