I am looking for someone to replace me at my current flat. I am relocating due to work and personal life commitments.
The current lease is due to expire December 2025 so there is over a year of the term left.
This is a gorgeous clean flat with incredible views of the city , it is on the 39th floor and is fully furnished, it has fantastic transport links. It is a stones throw from elephant and caste station.
This is such a great central location with a wide range of busses, Underground (Bakerloo and Northern Line) as well as overground station within a few minutes walk from the apartment.
The room available is a double bedroom which is lovely and spacious with a double bed with inbuilt storage to hold suitcases and other items, there's also awardrobes, desk, chair and small side table for additional storage. The floor to ceiling window in the bedroom allows for gorgeous views of the city. There is also aircon, which is a dream in the summer periods.
You will have your own en suite and be sharing the open plan kitchen and living area with one other person. The living area is fully finished with all appliances and cutlery ect.
The amount Per calendar month doesn’t include bills. But the bills will be c. £150-200 PCM for WiFi council tax as well as utilities bills.
You will have a Washing Machine and dryer and 24hour concierge who calls the apartment each time you have a visitor, you also have the option of viewing the reception on CCTV hooked up to the TV if you're unsure of who is visiting.
There is also a fantastically secure bike lock-up in the basement so no concerns over someone stealing your expensive bike- should you have one.
Current flat mate is 35 year old female who works in tech as a Software Engineer, she splits her time between the office and home. She is genuinely a dream to live with, super easy-going, clean, and considerate. Outside of work you’ll find her find cafe-hopping, exploring new spots in London, going to the gym, reading, or heading to gigs. She’s super social but also appreciates downtime, and if you’re up for it she’d be keen to explore London together too.
We are looking for someone who is tidy and considerate, ideally someone who works hybrid. The vibe is a homely chilled vibes, so you wouldn’t expect parties over the weekend. Someone sociable would be great to have some downtime on an evening.
