Hey I’m moving out of my Girls-only flat and need a replacement, flat available within a weeks notice for move-in arrangement. The rent is £820pcm and bills are always between £70-95.

The flat is a 2min walk from Elephant and Castle underground station and bus stops in-front of the building, so ideal for transport.

All the girls in the flat are super friendly and study at KCL nearby. Any London Uni student is welcome to apply.

The flat is very clean and tidy and we don’t do too much partying or big socials too often so it’s never loud.

Everyone is super respectful and we help eachother out and hang out sometimes on weekends ☺️
