Hey! We’re three girls(21,23&24) looking for a 4th roommate to join us in a lovely 4-bed flat in Elephant and Castle (SE17 1BJ). The room is available from 9th September, and we need someone ready to sign on Monday as we’re putting down the holding deposit!

🛋️ Furnished
🌿 4th floor (no lift)
💰 £865 pcm(rent is split according to room size so this is the cheapest room!) + bills (£10–20/month) + council tax (£35/month split equally)
📅 Available: 9th Sept

Private landlord – super responsive and recommended by the current tenants (friends of ours). Rent is kept at last year’s rate, so it’s a great deal for the area!

Requirements: Guarantor or upfront payment.

We’re friendly, clean, and respectful - and happy with friends/partners visiting. Just looking for someone chilled and responsible to join us! We would like a friendly atmosphere in the flat and someone who would like to hang out but also to respect each others time🌟
