Room available now for 12 months. Option to extend should you wish to do so.

Partly-furnished unit with essential furniture in the bedroom and common areas (eg. dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine + dryer)
Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, gym, game room, and resident's lounge.

Noise won't be an issue as the flat is located on one of the higher floors.

🌟 The fine details:
Your new flat mate is a 30 year old Australian working in insurance who has lived in the apartment since November. She'd be happy to recommend her local favorites in E&C.
The current flat mate is open to a single person moving in or a couple (the room is spacious). If you are a couple the price goes to 1944 a month which is what we currently pay.
You will be required to pass reference checks from the Landlord before moving in.
