2 bathrooms. One en-suite room and 3 females share communal bathroom.
The property is in a fantastic location, close to Burgess Park and within walking distance to Elephant and Castle, Borough, and Tower Bridge (just 10 minutes away). It’s also very near major shops (Tesco, Asda, Aldi, Lidl) and transport links.

Please note, there is **no shared living room** in the flat. You’ll be sharing the flat with 2 professional female and one student females. There is one communal bathroom, and one room has en-suite shower in the room. Current tenants prefer a **female tenant**.

The room is fully furnished, with access to a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. A cleaner comes once a week to clean the communal areas. Superfast hyperoptic broadband with Wi-Fi is included.
