Move in date is 6th October, Viewings this weekend and early next week.

Room 1: £1000, larger, over looking the garden, 1st floor.

Room 2: £850, smaller, top floor. (Same size as photos)

About the House:
• 3 floors: Ground floor has a big kitchen, living room, storage, and a huge garden.
• 1st floor: 2 rooms and a bathroom.
• 2nd floor: 2 rooms and a toilet.
• Great transport links: Northern Line (Elephant & Castle, Kennington) and Bakerloo Line (Elephant & Castle).
•Near loads of shops, restaurants, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s.

About the flatmates:
• Super friendly and sociable.
• Love cooking, having friends over, staying active and exploring London.

Tenancy Details:
• Available for move in 6th of October
• Current tenancy runs for 1 year.
• Great relationship with the landlady

Bills aren’t included, estimate is £100 per month max! Heating and hot water is included in rent.

Looking for someone under 30, who works similar regular hours and in full time employment . We don’t mind WFH but just not all the time.

Ideally our new housemates are friendly and wants to make this place feel homely with us! Ciatrona and I are easy going but also clean and tidy, having the same vibe is important.
