We have a lovely house in Elephant & Castle and since someone is moving out, we are looking for someone to take over their double room!
Rent will be £910 a month, bills not included (these tend to be about £110 a month). We’re less than a 10 minute walk to the tube station, which has the Northern& Bakerloo lines. Generally really well connected!
We are Hellin, Sophie and Nat and we have been friends for a few years since uni. We’re a super chilled house, who loves a drink at the pub but also likes to stay in and watch films together.
Sophie & I have 9-5 jobs and mainly WFH in a spare room we’ve turned into an office - there will be a spare place for a desk etc for whoever moves in! Nat works at a wine bar, mainly at nights.
The tenancy is from Nov 9 and for a year.
