I am unfortunately moving out of this lovely place and looking for someone to take over my spot. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath flat centrally located right by Elephant Park. The flat is only 25 min walk to Waterloo Station and 30 min walk to London bridge. There’s a plethora of buses that go through there to various parts of London and it also has both Bakerloo and Northern Lines. The flat is a 2 min walk to the newly opened Gym Group at Elephant and Castle.

PS: Bills aren’t included in the £1100 price but it fluctuates between £150 and £200.
