Large double room in Elephant & Castle

Hi there!

We have a double room available in a lovely, spacious 4-bed, 2-bath house in Elephant and Castle for £1050 + bills at around £150 per month (including council tax band E and a fortnightly cleaner for the communal spaces).

The house is located on a quiet residential street and has a private garden, a separate kitchen and a large lounge/dining room. It’s well located for buses, trains and tube with Elephant and Castle station a 10 to 15-minute walk and London Bridge station around 25 minutes away.

There is lots of green space nearby with a small park on the street and Elephant Park with a selection of bars, cafes and restaurants just 5 minutes away, while Burgess Park is a 15-minute walk.

We are a friendly mix of professionals and a master’s student aged 24-27 looking for someone to join us from October. Our current contract runs until June 2026 so ideally we are looking for someone who’d be looking to stay long term.
