My name is Hrithik (pronounced rhee-tik) and on behalf of me & Kyaw, l present to you a double room in this spacious, beautiful flat in Elephant & Castle, a great neighbourhood with a nice relaxing 5 min walk from the bus stop to this house.
About me: Hey! I'm a recent Computer Science Graduate from the University of Edinburgh. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring arts and culture, reading non-fiction, and socialising with friends.
About Gharjyot: As an individual who enjoys life to the fullest, I have recently completed my MBA and am thrilled to have secured a Project Manager position at a tech company. Outside of my professional responsibilities and the pleasure of collaborating with exceptional teams, I find myself engaging in activities such as skydiving, exploring trails, and organizing my upcoming travel experiences.
There is one more person with us and I'll add their about me here soon!
The fourth room, single one is available at £700pcm. Bills are around £70 person each month. The deposit is £865, and the length of the contract is 12 months. The rent would be paid every 3 months.
We've to finalise this soon, so please make sure that you'd be able to provide the docs required for reference checks such as bills, bank statements, ID etc, if asked for by the landlord.
