The house 🏠
Our lovely home has 2 bathrooms (that were renovated 12 months ago, and include 2 toilets and 2 showers), a large living room, large kitchen, and huge windows throughout. It’s consistently light throughout the year, has a washer and dryer, comes with all necessary accoutrements, and is amazingly located.

Location 🌍
It’s 9 min walk to Elephant and Castle Station (Northern & Bakerloo line and Thameslink), has dozens of bus lines 5/10mins walk and is a 15min walk to London Bridge. Right across from the large Sainsbury’s near the Elephant and Castle roundabout, the flat’s location is super convenient.

Ed is an early 30’s director of photography 📷, cinematographer🎥, function band singer 🎶, who is one of the funniest people you’ll meet. He is a helpful guy who has a lot of his own things going on, and is welcoming and friendly!

We’re hoping for people around mid-20’s to mid-30’s who are queer friendly, 420 friendly, liberal and open minded!

No preference on gender, career, study status, anything like that; us leavers are 9-5’s, creatives, hospitality workers and different genders and it’s been a great mix with a house that is respectful of everyone’s schedules.

Nitty gritty:
No smoking indoors
No pets
Couples considered if willing to pay for 2 rooms (no more than 5 people living in the house)
A cleaning rota has worked for the last few years and everyone finds fair
Bills split equally amongst 5, averages out around £80-100 per month

3 of the rooms are £812 and all similar sizes but with different configurations.
1 of the rooms is smaller but has the most storage and shelf space, at £773.
All furniture is staying except for some decor!
